Hello fans and Managers of many famous cycling teams in the ocm tour. Here is my report for my team, We have some first positive results on our palmares whith Raul Perlamagna . Raul is in great condition and has now a average of 46 which wil increase in the end to 48 or higher which result this season only in a 3th place in Windhoek ITT , The greatest surprise came from Pasqual Ruiberiz whith his win in Pieklo Przytoku on the cobbles. Our next goals are to achieve results whith Geoffry De Weerdt , to grow whith Anastasios Gemelos a super talent which teritories are undiscovered on long termin it will be imposible to hold him in our team. So Thank you for reading .

hi glenn, a couple of quick advise: 1) dont train 2 talents in the same time, you wont have money for that 2) dont train Ruiberriz - CL + CB is not the best of combinations... 3) decide on a focus - probably a climbing team should be your goal. 4) don t hesitate to ask if you have any questions (PM or apply for a menthor)
